Once your order has been dispatched, Nomadic is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier directly, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Pre-Orders

Products may be made available for pre-order whilst still in manufacturing. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the products are completed and available in our warehouse. Estimated shipping dates provided within the product description may be subject to change if there are any delays in the manufacturing or shipping processes. We will keep you up to date on your order via email.   

Duties and taxes

Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier (handling agent). Please note that you (as the customer/importer) are responsible for settling any such fees or charges levied by your local customs office/government and/or handling agent, and not Nomadic.
