Bought and sold way too many watches over the years, but never before experienced this level of customer service. Greg and Matt were amazing hosts at the Nomadic HQ in Belfast, and spent well over an hour talking about the history of the brand and giving us a tour of their workshop. Matt explained their quality monitoring processes and even gave us a demonstration on my watch. The build quality and finish of the Marai 401 easily matches watches costing a great deal more. But best of all is that you get to wear a little bit of Belfast on your wrist, wherever life takes you,

Love the watch,it is really classy looking. Friends and others admire it and love the back story. I have a number of high end watches and this watch sits beautifully with them. It feels great to wear, keeps excellent time and remains luminous for over 4 hours. A great watch.

Acquiring my first Nomadic watch has been an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Peter was fantastic in replying to all of my questions and made everything a very easy and reassuring process. This was the first time I have purchased a high quality watch and the Turas 914 has met and even exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully crafted with classic style, and the "Built In Belfast" links it to my heart. There was a time before I knew of Nomadic that I aspired to someday own a Rolex. Now that never enters my mind. My only thought is of when I will be able to have another Nomadic in my life! The only issue when that day comes will be how to wear two watches simultaneously because the Turas never leaves my wrist!

This was my first "expensive" watch and I have to say it felt it from the second I put it on. It just felt right. The dial is a real stunner and gets noticed a lot and then of course you get to tell the story behind the watch. My only criticism would be that on the white dial the yellow seconds hand does not stand out very well. I liked the watch so much that I've just purchased a Marai :-)

It took me a while to decide to buy the Marai 401 over the other options I was considering. Tag, Vertical, Hamilton, longines to name a few. I have a Breitling which spends its time in a case and I wanted an everyday watch that was easy to wear and looked good. The story behind Nomadic and it's links to Belfast won the day. The watch looks stunning, wears great and it hasn't left my wrist since I got it. If you're considering one, don't waste anymore time mulling it over.. do it.. you won't regret it!
