Our Founder
Nomadic was founded by Peter McAuley, whose vision was to create a watch brand rooted in storytelling, design and the industrial spirit of the city.
What began as an idea sketched in his spare room quickly grew into an internationally recognised independent brand, challenging traditional luxury norms while remaining proudly Belfast-born.
Inspired by maritime history, adventure and Irish heritage, Peter’s approach blends creativity with strategic innovation - shaping everything from the watches themselves to the immersive retail experiences that define Nomadic today.
