Cíor is the watch I designed for my mother. The however, was how do I develop a watch for mum, that I would want to wear as well?

The result is elegant refinement, that’s functional for sea swimming, travelling and everyday adventures in a sweet spot 36mm size.

Nomadic’s new watch, the Cior 928, is inspired by Mary Lady Heath, the upper class, adventure-seeking, daredevil from Limerick who combined her world of refinement and luxury with one of airborne history-making.

The first woman to parachute from a plane, and then in 1928 became the first to fly solo from Cape Town to London.

Lady Mary flew everywhere wearing furs, pearls and high-heeled shoes, combining the best of both her worlds while captivating hearts and inspiring the lives of millions.

If you share her fearless spirit and appreciation for the finer things in life, you don’t need to wear furs or pearls or heels.

There’s no charge for shipping your watch, no matter where in the world you are. And in the very unlikely event you need to send it back to us, we’ll cover that cost as well.

Nomadic is a community that looks after its own. We offer a limited Life-Time warranty on the watch, to repair or replace any material or component which fails due to a manufacturing defect. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft, and requires watches to be serviced by Nomadic at 5 year intervals.

Do you have any ladies specific watches?

The Cíor 928 watch range is perfect for anyone with a smaller wrist size. It’s 36mm proportions optimise legibility whilst day to day, wearing like a “small to medium” size.

Is there a showroom in Belfast?

Yes. Our boutique retail experience and HQ is located in Belfast City Centre, in the historic Scottish Provident Building (beside City Hall).
To ensure one of our watch experts are available to assist you, please book an appointment online.

Will it fit my wrist size?

Nomadic watches fit most mens and ladies wrist sizes. As standard, bracelets fit wrists from 5 to 8.5" inches (14-22 cm). For larger wrist sizes you can request additional links by emailinginfo@nomadicwatches.comor contact us via the live chat function.

Are the bracelet / straps easy to change?

The bracelet on the Cíor 928 is integrated with the case and cannot be swapped for other styles.

Sizing is best done by Nomadic, a qualified watchmaker or competent local jewellers.


If you measure your wrist size and let us know, we can size it in advance for you before shipping. This does not impact your warranty or guarantee however this would void the 30-day returns policy due to the watch being customised for your size.

Please note that engraving will delay dispatch date by 5-10 days. Any engraved or customised watches are considered final sales and are not eligible for the 30 day free return option. It does not impact your guarantee or warranty.
