We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Pre-Orders
Products may be made available for pre-order whilst still in manufacturing. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the products are completed and available in our warehouse. Estimated shipping dates provided within the product description may be subject to change if there are any delays in the manufacturing or shipping processes.
