As we celebrate three incredible years in business, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've had, the milestones we've achieved, and the changes we've embraced—especially over the past year.
When I started this business, working out of a spare room with little more than a vision and a dream, it’s astonishing to see how far we’ve come. So, what exactly has transpired over the last 12 months, let alone the past 36? Let’s take a look:
- We refined the Maraì, giving it a fresh new look and feel.
- Completed and handed over our very first custom job—quickly followed by over 10 successful projects.
- Attended British Watchmakers Day.
- Had the honour of shaking hands with and receiving compliments from Roger Smith.
- Welcomed our first-ever retailer.
- Hosted visitors from around the globe—including Hawaii!
- Visited the Chicago Watch Fair.
- Won the “Best Start-Up” award from the Belfast Telegraph.
- Doubled the size of our team.
- Completely renovated our HQ and expanded our office space.
- More than tripled our sales.
- Launched a brand-new website.
- Saw our advertisements spread across Belfast.
- Filmed our first-ever TV ad.
- And, most importantly, we now have a proper espresso machine at HQ!
- Announced our latest watch model, a GMT!
Phew! The pace at which we’re moving sometimes makes it hard to pause and appreciate all that we’ve accomplished in such a short time. Of course, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of everyone who has been part of this journey. I’m incredibly grateful to each and every one of you.
As a business owner and as a brand, while we cherish our past, we remain focused on the future. I’m thrilled to take on the challenges of the coming year and beyond, with an outstanding team and an amazing nomad community by my side.
