The shamrock has long been synonymous with Irish identity, yet its origins and deeper significance are often overlooked. Dating back to 431 AD, St. Patrick famously used the three-leafed plant to illustrate the Holy Trinity. More than 1500 years later, Nomadic Watches has embraced this legacy with the ‘Dubh Seamróg’—the Black Shamrock—a modern symbol of exploration, discovery, and progress.
Each evening in March at 7 PM, one of each watch will be released online.
Our new 12 O'Clock marker, designed exclusively for this 2025 collection, is our representation of the iconic shipyard cranes combined with a traditional Celtic harp with a modern clean cut edge. A symbol of strength and unity.
On the reverse you'll find our Black Shamrock emblem as the rotor, viewed through the sapphire case-back, or in the case of the Cíor, an engraved pattern of precision laser engraved Shamrocks and N symbols onto the Swiss Mechanism. The final touch on the case-back is the the "St. Patricks Day 2025 Limited Edition XX/33" individual numbering.
The Black Shamrock Limited Edition Collection
